The mission was to find brand ambassadors for Back Yard Boards. We started at the Wave House in Ocean Beach, where all the sorority's from San Diego State University were in bikini's challenging each other for title as top sorority. Back Yard Boards sponsored the bikini contest and the winner was automatically entered in The Back Yard Babe Battle. This was an event i put together for BYB. The event was at Scalini's an upscale Italian Restaurant in Del Mar. Perfect! I know! There was twenty girl's entered in the contest all very beautiful. Everything from cuties to nasty G's. The girls really worked that runway and low ceiling. The girls were not only competing for Back Yard Babe Title's but for a hefty chunk of change. First Prize: $1000 Second Prize: $500 Third Prize: $250. The first place girl also got a trip to the Billabong Pipeline Masters on Oahu, Hawaii. Autumn Garcia was chosen as the winner. She had a great personality to back up her looks. As a great sport, I was paid to go along to Hawaii! Tough Job, but someone had to do it!
